Coachman Motel - Taihape

The motel staff were super cool and gave us awesome tips for local party spots. The room was clean and had plenty of space for all our stuff. And the best part? The motel was right near this sick skate park and a rad arcade - perfect for us young thrill-seekers!

Wish there was a pool at the motel for some wicked pool parties!

Unlimited WiFi! Great for scrolling through cat videos while waiting for my trout dinner. Also, free parking to make sure I have a spot to leave my luxury sedan. So posh.

What? Did someone say there was something negative? I must have missed it while basking in the glory of free WiFi.

The rooms were wicked clean and comfy, with a sick list of nearby places to check out. We hit up the Gumboot Manor but it was a total fail - flies everywhere and stinky food. Luckily, we found the Soul Kitchen in town, which was epic!

Only thing we wished for was a cool hangout spot in the motel for young peeps like us to chill and have a good time. Something like a game room or a lounge with pool tables would've taken our stay to the next level!

Convenient highway motel with friendly reception. Clean rooms with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Good quality linen and helpful check-in staff. Lovely touch with car windscreen being cleaned. Recommended breakfast at nearby cafe. Nearby places to eat and McDonald's with gourmet burgers and professional coffee machine.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my journey, just a short drive away from the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were excellent, with a cozy and comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area where I could relax and unwind. The hotel's garden furniture was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy the outdoor space. the quality of the services provided here was fantastic.

stayed at coachman motel again in taihape and it was even better than before. friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent shower pressure. loved the added safety of dishes being washed and returned. a real gem of a motel that i'll definitely book again if i'm in the area.

Unlimited WiFi, but who needs it with such beautiful rivers for trout fishing? Two flat-screen TVs for twice the enjoyment. And the hotel just goes out of its way to make sure you have a fabulous time!

Oh, who needs peace and quiet when you can have constant traffic noise from the nearby motorway? Just music to my ears!

We especially appreciated the complimentary windscreen clean, which helped to ensure a clear view on our drives. the location was great for exploring the nearby volcanoes and lakes.

Our room had an extra single bed that we didn't need, which made the space feel a bit cramped. It would have been nice to have a bit more room on either side of the bed and a bedside table.
